3. To provide security by having available to the children a safe, dependable environment.
4. To provide stimulation and learning by a planned daily program with a variety of activities and experiences which are geared to facilitate the participants social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth and development for their age group.

The program will provide experiences for the"whole child". Children are provided with opportunities to learn more about their interests, develop their skills and spend time in a positive learning relationship with other children and adults.

WHAT OUR PARENTS HAVE TO SAY:

Our children have attended ABC Daycare for the past 7 years, and we have enjoyed every stage of the program!  From the Infant room all the way up to Preschool, all of the teachers have been wonderful.  They are nurturing, consistent, and they make learning fun.  Our three girls always felt loved and safe, and they always wanted to go to school.  As parents, we never worried when leaving them at daycare because we knew that the staff genuinely cared about our kids.  It is a great program as a child's first schooling experience.  The teachers spend countless hours creating unique, exciting, educational activities for their students.  Also, the office staff is always kind and accommodating, even when our schedule gets crazy or if an emergency comes up. We definitely recommend this program!  We are going to miss everyone there a lot!

The Luckas (2016)

“My daughter has had a wonderful year in the Otter Room at Algonac Childcare Center. She begs to go to school and paint, play outside, sing, read, garden, etc. All of her teachers are so compassionate and loving. They really work with parents and their schedules and are always helpful if we forget anything. Avery loves Ms. Kelly, Ms. Dani, Ms. Bree and Ms. Hailie.”

                                                                                                Thank you,
                                                                                                Erin Martin

“Thank you for all of your care with both of my girls. They have both had positive experiences with Preschool, daycare, and latchkey. I had to change my daughter’s schedule last week and she was not happy to miss the Duck Room! My girls really enjoyed the field trips for the summer program. I will sign them up a few days this summer just for that! All teachers are caring and want the best for our children. I truly believe that they do all they can for our kids!”

                                                                                                Sincerely,
                                                                                                Jamie Smith

“I have had a very pleasant experience as my daughter very much enjoys her time spent at preschool and daycare. She has made many friends and also adores the teachers she has had. She is making great progress as I see her developing very well and a big thanks to the part of the teachers and staff play in allowing her to learn and grow!! Brynlei has transitioned from Turtle to Otter and her next journey is Duck! I can’t wait to see her grow even more!”

                                                                                                Thanks a ton!

"My son Cody has been going to the Algonac Childcare Center since he was a baby. He has now graduated from preschool and is going to kindergarten in the fall. He has always enjoyed going to daycare and preschool. This was his first full year as I went full-time at my job. The daycare has been understanding when I was on call. They really tried working with my part-time schedule. I really appreciate all that they have done for me and my son Cody. I would highly recommend the Algonac Childcare and Preschool to anyone. The caregivers and teachers are really caring and nice. My son Cody learned a lot and had fun!"
